Refund policy

Our goal is always to have our customers happy and satisfied with every product and order they receive.  We do understand that sometimes things happen.  Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. Customers may contact us about any order delivered within the past 30 days, and we will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.
